An Overview of Our Loan Process

We understand that you have a busy schedule and know that you want a simple and easy way to get the mortgage you need.  Make no mistake, there's a lot involved in getting the mortgage loan that works for you.  Our EasyLoan process is designed to simplify and speed up the loan process and allow you to concentrate on what's important.  The EasyLoan process will save you time and get you to the closing table faster with as little hassle as possible.

Perhaps you've taken the time to visit a few homes for sale, made yourself aware of the present market conditions, looked at the schools and have narrowed down the areas of your interest.  Now it's time to complete the loan application.  It couldn't be easier, and you can do it online, right here at our website.  If you would feel more comfortable, we will meet with you at your home, business or wherever you feel appropriate.  We know the demands of everyday life such as careers, family and recreation so let us do our job and serve your interests.

There are four main steps involved in getting a loan.  You'll see that we've made your part in them as easy as possible, and we do all the work!  That's why we're here.

 Your Needs and Goals

•  Your financing request begins with an open and frank discussion of your needs and goals.   We will then "fit" a loan program around your requirements and suggest options for your consideration.

•  You may also begin by using our secure online loan application and tell us what you are looking for.  Once your information has been reviewed (generally the same business day) we will contact you to discuss your requirements and options.  Either process is free with no obligation to continue after you receive the pre-qualification.

Application Documents & Automated Underwriting Approval

•  Using postal mail or password protected email, we send the necessary paperwork for you to review and sign.  You supply information and documentation about your employment, your assets, your residence history, and so on.    We review all this information and together with your credit report submit it to an automated underwriting system (AUS) for initial approval.

Loan Analysis & Preliminary Approval

•  We issue a letter stating you have received AUS approval.  We then use that approval as a roadmap to prepare your file for underwiter review.

•  Once we receive the underwriter's approval we'll give you a Commitment Letter.  Handle it with care -- to a home seller, it's like a suitcase full of cash!  Your realty agent will use your approval (as they may call it) to make the best offer on the home you choose, and the seller knows you're approved.  It gives you buying clout!  And while you're picking out the home that's right for you, we're busy finding the loan that's right for you.

Get Approved for Your Loan and
Go to Closing 

•  Your realty agent and the seller's will work together to designate an escrow/title company to handle the funding of your loan once it's approved. 

•  We coordinate with the escrow company and your homeowner's insurance agent to make sure all the papers your lender will need are in order.  You'll sign everything at the escrow/title company's office.
